Terms and Conditions
General Rules
Upon Guests checking-in, accompany by the caretaker, will check all items of the resort using a checklist that would the guest needs to sign.

-Full rental payment shall be done upon signing of the agreement with the caretakers.

-DO NOT LEAVE YOUR THINGS UNATTENDED. All guests are advised to secure all their belongings at all times and always lock all the doors and windows when leaving the resort or on their schedule time. The resort shall not be held liable for any loss of belongings.

-Any of the facilities and equipment lost or destroyed by a guest or their companions must be replaced or paid for by the guest.

-All facilities and equipments of the resort, including the garden area shall be use with respect.

-Switch off any appliances of the resort (e.g. air condition, videoke etc. ) if not in use.

-NO firearms are allowed within the resort premises.

-NO pets are allowed within the resort premises.

-STRICKLY NO smoking inside the rooms.

-NO smoking, eating, drinking within pool area and Hot tub area.

-Cigarettes, papers, trash etc. must be placed in designated trash bins.

-NO Vandalism allowed.

-Please wear proper swimming attire.

-Registered guests are responsible for their companions and their conducts. No one is allowed to create any trouble during their stay in the resort. In such case, the management will ask proper authority to manage such situation.

-Personal safety should be considered at all times. In particular, take very good care of your children, handicapped, senior citizen to avoid drowning. The resort will not be liable for any loss, accidents and injuries or damage to life inside the resort for any cause whatsoever.

-The resort is not liable for any loss or damage on your vehicle/s. Park at your own risk aside fromthe parking place that the resort provided.

-“Acts of God” (e.g. earthquake, typhoons, floods) will mean re-booking/re-scheduling of reserve dates.

-Deposits are non-refundable.

-All rooms SHOULD BE TOTALLY CLEARED BY cut off time. Day session: 5pm and night session 5am that the caretaker have enough time to clean the rooms for the next guests.

-When ready for check-out, the guests should inform the caretaker for assistance and for checking of items inside the Resort to ensure that the resort facilities are complete and in good condition upon check-out.

-Once the checklist is cleared, the guests may vacate the Resort.

In case of MERALCO power interruption (brown out) during the stay, The Blue Mermaid Private Hotspring Resort Management, will use generator to provide temporary electricity as follows:

-Lights – Selected lights only (rooms/ hallway/ kitchen/ gazebo)
-Electric fan- One each room( Replacement for Aircondition)
-Water Supply- Kitchen or shower room (selected only)

In the event of unexpected/ Emergency incident, NO discount or refund will be given. As soon as MERALCO Company restore the power or Electricity, Air-condition and water supply can be used.
